Miss Lucy’s accept payment via PayPal and all major credit cards (also via PayPal). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete payment.

Please note, we are not provided with sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account details.
If you are local to us and you would like to collect your order in person, please place your order as normal using the ‘Collection’ option, we will then email you to arrange a suitable day & time for the collection to take place.

Delivery, UK Orders
Delivery on orders for 6 small pots, or less is:
- 1st Class Recorded £2.50
- 2nd Class Recorded £2
Delivery for orders of +6 small pots and above is:
- 1st Class Recorded £3.50
- 2nd Class Recorded £3
Delivery on orders of £40.00 upwards is free 1st class recorded
Delivery, International Orders
Delivery is £10 for tracked delivery.
All orders over £60 qualify for FREE delivery.
These prices are for delivery within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Delivery costs for other areas are higher & will be calculated at the checkout based on weight/package size.
Delivery outside of the UK is a minimum of £10.00 and may be more depending on destination.
Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you provide.
We use the Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Signed For service for orders within the UK, so a signature may be required on delivery.
We aim to process your order within three working days of payment being received, most orders placed before 9am will be dispatched the same day, but please allow up to 10 working days during busy times such as holidays.
In the unlikely event that you’re not totally happy with your order, we’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:
- Send them to us exactly as you received them
- Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt
- Include your order number as proof of purchase
We’ll accept returns for any of the following reasons:
- The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality
- The pieces are not as described on-site
In all instances the products must be returned unused in its original packaging.
