Current order processing times are 3-5 working days.

Packaging used is recyclable and where possible re-usable.

Mail Collection

Royal Mail collect parcels from me at 10 am every day.

If your order is processed AFTER this time it will be collected the following working day. 

UK Delivery

UK Delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.50 - Available on orders up to £5, aims to deliver nationwide within 1-3 working days*

Royal Mail Tracked 48® – £3.50 –  Aims to deliver UK-wide within 3-5 working days*

Royal Mail Tracked 24® – £4.50–  Aims to deliver UK-wide within 1-3 working days*

Free Delivery –  is available for all orders to the value of £30.00 (after any vouchers/discounts are applied) and above.

*The above delivery times are just a guideline, please be aware we cannot log a parcel as missing until 10 working days after posting.  If an order/parcel is missing or delayed in posting, we must wait the 10 working days for delivery, after this the order can be resent/refunded and a complaint placed with Royal Mail.

We are unable to resend/refund BEFORE the 10 working days have passed.

We must be notified of any missing orders within 1 month of the order being dispatched.  We cannot guarantee tracking information being available after this time, and will not be held responsible for any missing orders NOT reported within 1 month of dispatch.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail and take 7-15 working days, charged at £20

Delayed or Missing Items & Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when completing your order, I cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to shipping address errors.

Please allow the above listed processing & delivery times before contacting us to report a missing parcel/order or request further tracking info.

Any missing items MUST be reported within 48hrs of delivery. We will be unable to assist you if any missing items are reported outside of this timescale.

In the unlikely event an item is missing from your order, we will endeavor to resend the items for UK orders (depending on stock availability), and any missing items from International orders will be refunded.
